    Holy wow! I came expecting a strong dashi broth, and it was noticeable but not overpowering. The pork was so tender it fell apart, noodles perfectly chewy. Overall fairly salty, but delicious! Try it!

    ナポリタン(650円)の大盛(+150円)を注文。ニュー新橋ビル１Ｆで一際長い行列が出来る店です。１２時半くらいで１５人ほど待ってました。並んでる間に注文を聞かれるので、慌てないように予め決めておきましょう。ちなみにこの日は２０分ほど待って席に着きました。味はケチャップ多目のちょーこってりですが、バター(かな？)のおかげでマイルドな仕上がり。創業明治２８年だそうで、やっぱり老舗の味ってスゴいね♪

    The premium katsu was very rich- come with an empty stomach! The pork miso soup was delicious too. They have four kinds of salt, hot mustard, and katsu sauce as condiments for the katsu. So yummy!
